U.S. standard shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days by USPS, or 2 to 4 business days by UPS Ground. Please note all orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and we do not process orders on weekends and holidays. If you need Thunderheads urgently, please order by 2-day air freight or contact us for options.
Put your Thunderheads in the shopping cart, visit the cart page and then click Checkout. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred Shipping Method. The shipping cost will display and show in your total.
You should have received an email with your tracking information. If you did not get it, please check your junk or spam folder. If you can't find it, please contact us. It is best to give tracking 1 to 2 days to update.
Follow your Thunderheads with the tracking number we sent in your shipping confirmation email. If your package is taking longer than 12 days, contact us so we can help find it. If your order shipped by UPS, you may call 800-742-5877
We are sorry for this inconvenience. If you received an email noting your package was delivered, yet your Thunderheads are not there, try the following:
1. Check ALL locations: side door, back door, dog house, locker, mailroom, or even with your neighbors.
2. USPS scanned the package as delivered without actually delivering it (annoying, but it happens) - but will bring it tomorrow. Ask your carrier.
3. USPS could not deliver and left you a packing slip to pick it up at the post. Go to the post office.
4. Your housemate or family brought the package in or the delivery slip in and forgot to tell you -- ask your people.
5. It may be stolen: Ask your carrier. If they don't know, submit a Find Missing Mail form with USPS, or contact UPS if shipped with this carrier.
To change your address or cancel an order that has not shipped, please contact us. We strive to process orders very fast, so after a couple of hours your order may have already shipped.
To add items to your order, please place a second order. Then contact us about combining shipments. Often our order fulfillment team moves fast, so please understand we can't add anything or combine if your order has already shipped.
Contact us with your order number for return instructions. We will refund once the products come back to us.
No, we do not show prices. Each order has a packing list with no prices. We are not currently set up to include gift wrapping.

Sorry if we are sold out on your favorite Thunderheads. Most sold out items will be back in stock within 1 month. Some new items may require 2-3 months to be available. If you would like to know specific back-in-stock dates for your event or specific deadline, please contact us with your needs: sales@thunderheads.com

Yes, we can offer you numerous options for customization including branding with your organization’s logo and messaging on the product tags, as well as new designs. Minimum order quantities for these special orders range from 200pcs to 500pcs depending on the type of customization.
