Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Thunderheads! We strive to ensure your orders are processed and delivered as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for more details.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., US territories as well as APO, FPO and DPO addresses. 

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day. Please note we do not ship on weekends (that's when we are busy admiring the clouds), so ship times may be longer if you order Friday. 

  • Delivery times go into effect 1-3 business days after you place an order

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for customers in the United States:

  1. Standard Shipping by USPS Priority Mail on orders under $50

    • Delivery Time: 3-7 business days

  2. Expedited Shipping by UPS Ground

    • Delivery Time: 2-4 business day

  3. 2-Day Air Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 2 business day for orders placed by 12PM  EST

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you have any issues tracking your order, please check your package here: Tracking Link


Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

  • PO Boxes are accepted, but please note that some shipping methods may not be available for PO Box deliveries.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up the package, or refusal of delivery), we will reship your order upon receiving your correct delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Thunderheads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier directly.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our services in the future.
